Lenco Policy and FAQ

Lenco sells to Distributors (Re-sellers), if you would like to become a customer of Lenco, please complete the Distributor Request Application. Our Head Office and Warehouse is located in Windsor, Ontario. In stock items usually ship same or next day.

How do I place an order?

You can complete the on-line order form. Or you can email or fax your purchase order. Alternatively, you can always call us to place an order verbally.

What is your minimum order?

We have a $50 minimum order. In some cases orders of less will be accepted, but may be subject to a processing fee.

What is your freight Policy?

We prepay freight on orders over $250, to a maximum of 5% of the order value. There are exclusions of certain products that always ship FOB Windsor, Ontario, (see next question). Back orders ship prepaid when the original order was above $250. Orders containing dangerous goods will be subject to a dangerous goods fee.

What products are FOB Windsor, Ontario?

Due to the nature of these products, shipping is always FOB Windsor, Ontario regardless of order size.

Burning Bars, Cylinders, Welding Positioners larger than 200 lb. capacity, Turning Rolls, Hose on Reels, Welding Cable over 50′, any liquid in larger than 5 gallon containers and special order items.

This list is not exclusive and there may be other items that you will be advised at point of order.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship with Loomis Express Courier or TST Freight (for LTL shipments). We are able to ship by your preferred method, on your account.

Do you offer drop shipments?

Yes, we are able to drop ship to your customer.

What are your payment terms and do you accept credit cards?

Approved accounts will be NET 30. Accounts will be automatically placed on credit hold if invoices go beyond 90 days.

We accept Cheques, EFT, Interac e-Transfers and Wire payments. We do accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), subject to a 4% service charge.

What is the warranty?

As we offer products from many different vendors, the warranty will be different for each item. Please contact us to inquire about warranty on your specific item. Products are warranted by the vendor, not Lenco.

What is your return policy?

All items must have an RGA prior to being returned. RGA’s will be issued for NEW, unused product that is normally stocked by Lenco, within 30 days of purchase without re-stocking fees.

Products that do not fit the above category will be handled on a case by case basis. Re-stocking fees of 25% (minimum) may apply.

Special order, non-stock or excessive quantities may not be returned.

My shipment arrived damaged or is missing items, what should I do?

You must contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Short or damaged shipments beyond 24 hours from receipt cannot be claimed.

Damaged shipments will be reported to the carrier, pictures of the damage and packaging will be required.
